About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead the development and execution of human capital strategy in alignment with the organization's mission and values. The CPO will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, talent management, change management, performance management, training and development, compensation, and succession planning. The successful candidate will drive a comprehensive people strategy, participate as a trusted advisor to the executive team, and ensure a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace across the organization.
