About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer to lead the establishment and management of the full HR and Talent function. This role is pivotal in the company's aggressive growth phase, following a significant investment, and requires a professional who can set up, own, and run all aspects of HR and talent, including P&L ownership. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, talent acquisition, employee compensation, and benefits, as well as for implementing and building processes, procedures, and policies. The Chief People Officer will also be a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to the strategic direction of the company. Applicants for the Chief People Officer position at the company should have a background in start-up environments, with experience in a rapidly growing company. The role demands a leader who is hands-on, with a proven track record in wearing many hats and rolling up their sleeves to get the job done.
