A data-driven mindset, comprehensive knowledge of the lending lifecycle, and proven expertise in B2B lending, particularly in construction finance or adjacent industries, are essential. The role requires a leader with a strategic and tactical approach, a focus on profitability, and a track record of implementing value-driving initiatives. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a Master's degree in a quantitative discipline.
