Overview This role will play a key role in establishing and developing a comprehensive risk management program in line with regulatory requirements for a US investment bank. This role requires someone with hands on experience implementing risk frameworks, policies, procedures, and controls, with strong knowledge of building enterprise risk and compliance functions. Base pay range $300,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr This range is provided by JCW Group. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities (derived from description) Establish and develop a comprehensive risk management program aligned with regulatory requirements for a US investment bank. Implement risk frameworks, policies, procedures, and controls. Build and enhance enterprise risk and compliance functions. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and internal risk appetite. Lead and support continuous improvement of risk management processes. Qualifications / Must haves In depth experience within ERM, Ops, and finance risk management. Prior experience building a risk management program from the ground up. Advanced knowledge of US banking regulations (OCC, FDIC, NYDFS, SEC, etc). Abilities to build and manage a team. Bilingual with Spanish or Portuguese is IDEAL, but not required.
