This person is enthusiastic around kids, is a magnet of entertainment, and is able to create and execute creative ideas to keep kids and counselors engaged. This person would run our After School programming for kids in 4th-8th grade including curriculum and execution of activities. In addition to after school programming, this role includes involvement in a range of other fun family-friendly activities such as carnivals, game nights, and more! This role requires great communication in addition to the ability to offer superb customer service and hospitality for parents. Minimum Requirements: Experience in working with kids in an after school program or camp is a must. Experience being a lead and managing other counselors.
