我们正在为一所深圳的国际学校招聘中文老师，到岗时间为2025年8月。  岗位职责 根据学校教学大纲和学生实际情况，制定合理的中文教学计划，确保教学质量认真备课，准备教案，按照教学计划完成教学任务关心学生的学习状况，及时了解学生的学习困难，提供必要的辅导和帮助积极参与教研活动，与同事交流教学经验，共同提高教学水平负责学生的平时测验、期中和期末考试等评价工作，对学生的学习状况进行科学评估定期与家长沟通学生的学习情况，反馈学生在校表现，促进家校合作参与学校相关活动, 配合学校完成其他相关工作  任职要求 本科及以上语文相关专业具有中文教学经验者优先教师资格证良好的交流能力，中英文流利  薪资福利 月薪18-25k带薪寒暑假 Job responsibilities Teach the subject of Chinese to primary school students utilizing the DSE framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experiencePreparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report commentsCollaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculumAssess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improveProvide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregiversDevelop supportive and safe learning environments  Job requirements Bachelor degree or above in the Chinese subjectTeaching certificateTwo or more years teaching experience in Chinese in higher educationExcellent communications skillsFluent in English and Mandarin Salary and benefitsMonthly salary is 18-25K RMBSummer and winter vacations  ]]>
