Chiropractor – Full-Time (Oahu, Hawaii)

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Doctor of Chiropractic to join our growing team on the island of Oahu. This is a full-time position with a unique 3.5-day workweek schedule – allowing for great work-life balance while making a strong income and impact in our local community.

You’ll focus on what you do best: diagnosing, adjusting, and caring for patients. We’ll handle the rest – including providing a steady flow of new patients.

What We Offer

• 💰 Base Salary: $100,000
• 💸 Total Earning Potential: Up to $150,000 based on performance. Most doctors hit $150k in 1.5 years of hire.

What You’ll Do

• Perform thorough evaluations and create personalized care plans
• Deliver exceptional chiropractic adjustments and patient education
• Collaborate with a supportive, skilled, and fun team of over 20 associate chiropractors
• Help bring chiropractic care to more of our local population—we’re on a mission to get 80% of Oahu under regular care!

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited program
• Proficient in patient assessments, treatment planning, and manual therapy
• Comfortable with high patient volume and a fast-paced clinic environment
• Excellent communication and diagnostic skills
• Diversified technique preferred

Schedule

• 3.5-day workweek
• 12-hour shifts during the week
• 6-hour weekend shifts
