Position Overview:

• Equipment: Operate 53 refrigerated trailers on a dedicated account.
• Freight: 100% no touch freight featuring drop and hook and live store load/unloads.
• Schedule: Weekly home time ensuring a minimum 34hour reset.
• Flexibility: Drivers must be available for both daytime and nighttime shifts.
• Operation: 7day operation with weekends not guaranteed off.
• Work Schedule Options: Choose between a 5day work week (personal vehicle required for terminal travel) or a 6day work week (take the truck home).
• Mileage: Average 1700 miles per week.

Pay & Benefits:

• Competitive Mileage Pay: Earn $0.69 to $0.81 per mile plus a $1000 pay guarantee.
• Training Pay: $650 available for drivers with less than 6 months OTR/Regional experience.
• Additional Incentives: $10 for the first stop $15 for each additional stop and $25 for short hauls under 50 miles.
• Average Weekly Earnings: Approximately $1500.
• Monthly Bonus: $0.06 per mile for exceeding 8200 miles with no accidents and maintaining 7 MPG fuel efficiency.

Trainee Program:

• Training Duration: Trainees will complete a comprehensive 46 week mentorship with an experienced OTR driver before transitioning to solo driving.

Driver Requirements:

• Education: Must have graduated from an accredited truck driving school with a minimum of 120 hours.
• Age: Minimum 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• Driving Record: Must have a clean driving record with no major accidents serious tickets or suspensions in the last 5 years.
• Employment History: Solid 10year work history with no significant gaps outside of schooling or training (6 months in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years maximum).
• Background Check: No DUIs felonies or misdemeanors within the last 5 years.
• Drug Screening: Must pass both urine and hair preemployment drug screens.
