Splinter “A” Trucking is hiring safety minded drivers for full time positions for hauling crude oil locally. We offer competitive pay, quality equipment, 401k, health/dental insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation and a small company atmosphere. All drivers are home every day/night, no long haul. Annual earnings range from $80k to $100k+ depending on experience, motivation and shifts worked. Up to $3,000 in quarterly safety and performance bonus. Job Description:
Full time positions only, 10-14 hours per day, tank gauging, testing oil for BS&W content, loading oil into tanker truck with 3 inch hose and PTO pump, drive safely to unload facility. Some lifting up to 50 lbs. Ladders and stairs, year-round outdoor work in adverse weather conditions.

Job Requirements:
• Valid Class A CDL with Tanker and HazMat endorsements
• Self motivated, dependable, and responsible
• Safety minded driver with AT LEAST 2 years tractor trailer experience
• Knowledge of DOT hours of service regulations, logs and DVIR
• Valid DOT Physical
• Ability to work independently
• Minimum 25 years of age
• Clean MVR
• Must pass an extensive criminal background check and drug test
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to climb stairs
• Positive attitude
