Work involves performing various front desk and office functions such as greeting walk-ins, answering phones, taking messages, data entry, customer service, scanning, filing, arranging staff travel accommodations and reservations, and processing mail. Attention to detail is essential for meeting deadlines in a timely manner and maintaining smooth paperwork flow for case management staff. Your front desk and clerical duties will support the supervisors, caseworkers, and administrative staff as we provide services which promote safer children, successful adolescents, stronger parents, sound families, and supportive communities. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Six months as a Clerk Typist 1 and educational development to the level of eighth grade; or Completion of a high school business curriculum which included at least one typing course; or Any combination of equivalent experience and training.
