This position works in collaboration with the Director of Safety and Security to maintain a high level of regulatory compliance throughout the clinic. Responsibilities include oversite of the clinic's Employee Health program and infection prevention program. Primary duties include maintenance of the employee health program, training, data management, facility safety and health audits, investigation of accidents / incidents, case management of employee injuries and illness and surveillance of infection among patients and employees. EHS department liaison for regulatory compliance keeping abreast with OSHA, AAAHC, CDC, APIC and AORN standards.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
