Position Overview:
The Clinical Medical Assistant will play a key role in ensuring our clinic operates smoothly, providing both administrative and clinical support to our providers. You’ll help create a welcoming environment for patients while ensuring efficient, accurate, and high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort patients to exam rooms, ensuring a comfortable and professional experience

• Perform routine clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs, preparing exam rooms, and assisting providers during exams and procedures

• Handle administrative duties promptly, including patient scheduling, chart updates, and documentation

• Communicate with insurance companies to verify benefits, process authorizations, and ensure accurate billing procedures

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with clinic policies and medical standards

• Assist with managing medical supplies, equipment, and inventory

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in healthcare administration (primary care, specialty, or medspa experience preferred)

• Familiarity with medical billing procedures and electronic health records (EHR)

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with patients and team members

• Certification as a Medical Assistant preferred but not required
