Part-Time / Full-Time Job Posting:
Child & Family Associates of Greater Washington (CFA), 2022 Arlington Magazine Reader Pick Best Child Therapist practice, is hiring licensed child & family psychotherapists who want to build a career in a supportive and innovative group practice, located just 10 minutes outside of Washington, DC.
CFA is seeking independently licensed psychotherapists (Ph.D., Psy.D., LMFT, LCSW, LPC etc.) to join our team in Falls Church, Virginia on either a full-time or part-time basis. Psychologists and clinicians who are independently licensed or license eligible are preferred. Residents or Postdocs in psychology may also be considered. Supervision toward independent licensure is also offered.
CFA clinicians work as a collaborative team, meeting weekly to share resources and ideas and support each clinician's professional and personal development. Most importantly, we truly enjoy working with each other and value the 'professional family' we've developed. Many of our clients comment on the feel of CFA as a warm, inviting practice. Furthermore, our clinicians bring this same collaborative spirit to building meaningful connections with others in the community.

We are looking for colleagues who:
* Value teamwork and rewarding connections with clients
* Have child, parenting, couples or family therapy experience
* Have experience in skill-building and strengths-based treatment
* Demonstrate excellent psychological evaluation and intervention skills
* Preferably demonstrate skills in Cognitive Behavioral/Integrative psychotherapy
Compensation and benefits include:
* Excellent hourly compensation (W2 employee) with a steady stream of fee for service
referrals
