Job Description:

We are seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support clinical site monitoring and ensure the successful execution of clinical studies. The CRA will be responsible for maintaining compliance with study protocols and regulatory guidelines, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor clinical sites and ensure compliance with protocols and regulations (GCP, SOPs, industry standards).
• Provide guidance and training to investigators and study coordinators.
• Identify and resolve study-related discrepancies and collect missing data.
• Track and report site management updates and escalate risks to clinical leadership.
• Maintain study tools/templates and internal tracking systems.
• Support onboarding and training of new CRAs.
• Oversee CROs/vendors for outsourced clinical activities.
• Collaborate across departments (e.g., Quality, Compliance, Product Development, Engineering).
• Take initiative in addressing evolving workflows and improving processes.
• Perform additional tasks or projects as needed by the department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Health Sciences, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Prior experience in clinical research or clinical trials.
• Strong understanding of clinical study processes and monitoring practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
