The Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Family Based Crisis Intervention provides vital support to suicidal adolescents and their families in emergency settings. This role involves conducting psychosocial assessments, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care. • Providing clinical social work services to assist patients and families with personal, family, medical and environmental difficulties.
• Performing psychosocial and risk assessments, assigning diagnoses and developing and implementing interventions and treatment plans.
• Participating in planning and implementation of discharge and outpatient service plans and collaborating with health care team and community agencies to plan, implement and follow up on treatment and provision of needed services.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, and LICSW in Massachusetts
• Flexibility and ability to work in fast-paced multidisciplinary team environment as well as excellent communication skills
• Experience with social services agencies, understanding of social determinants of health, family crisis intervention and trauma ideal.
