Responsibilities of a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Complete Care at Park Place Center , you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and holistic care to our residents. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of essential tasks, including but not limited to:

• Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Helping residents with mobility, including transferring them in and out of beds and wheelchairs.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs like blood pressure and pulse.
• Feeding and assisting residents with their meals.
• Turning and repositioning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assisting with toileting and incontinence care.
• Collecting and documenting resident information and reporting to nurses.
• Assisting with medical procedures and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Responding to call lights and requests for assistance promptly.
• Following infection control and safety protocols.
• Collaborating with the nursing team to provide comprehensive care.
• Ensuring residents' rights and dignity are respected at all times.

Qualifications of a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CNA certification in NJ
• Serious applicants dedicated to providing exceptional care
