Job Description
We are looking to hire a Project Manager. Prefer 4-5+ years of Commercial Glass experience ( Storefront, Window Wall, Curtainwall, Sunshades / Screens, Structural Glass Walls and Skylight projects)
Position requirements:
- Handling all preconstruction activities including buyout, developing submittals, shop drawing instructions, material take-offs, checking cut lists from Glazier Studio, and coordinating procurement, fabrication, and construction schedules.
- Handling all construction management activities including budget control, scheduling, quality control, and coordination with general contractor, internal fabrication manager, and internal erection crew.
- Handling all post-construction activities including punchlist management and close-out requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and a team player.
- Experienced with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Glazier Studio, and Microsoft Office.
ONLY qualified and experienced candidates will be considered.
MUST have previous experience in the Glass and Glazing or Commercial Glass Industry
