Essential Job Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 year of experience in commercial loan origination and/or analysis (preferred)

· Active CA DRE salesperson or broker's license

· Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills

· Detail-oriented and highly organized

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively

· Proficiency in MS Office

Essential Job Functions: Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Proactively seek out business opportunities on a daily basis

· Maintain an organized loan pipeline

· Interact with borrowers and referral partners throughout the loan process

· Attend property inspections (limited to local properties)

· Review and analyze historical income and expenses of properties, along with other relevant information, in order to determine loan terms and conditions

· Perform cash flow analysis for properties and borrowers

· Prepare comprehensive loan submissions for lenders, including a narrative report, necessary documentation, and justifications for the loan request

· Address lender inquiries, conduct research, and provide additional information as needed

· Assist in the loan closing process

· Perform other duties as assigned
