• Coordinate laborworkmaterialsequipment, ensure jobsite safetyqualityprofitability, schedule, read blueprints to finish scopes of work, client managementrelationships, bulk ordersstorage, control costs, and hiringtraining
• Will be working on projects throughout Southern California
• Projects include commercial, retail, offices, healthcare, and K-12higher-ed

• 4+ years of experience as a Superintendent on Southern California commercial painting projects
• Must pass background and driving record check
• Strongly prefer someone that is fluent in English and Spanish
• Ability to use MS Office
• Strong clientGC references
