*Job Details**

Responsibilities:

Coordinate laborworkmaterialsequipment, ensure jobsite safetyqualityprofitability, schedule, read blueprints to finish scopes of work, client managementrelationships, bulk ordersstorage, control costs, and hiringtraining
Will be working on projects throughout Southern California
Projects include commercial, retail, offices, healthcare, and K-12higher-ed

Requirements:

4+ years of experience as a Superintendent on Southern California commercial painting projects
Must pass background and driving record check
Strongly prefer someone that is fluent in English and Spanish
Ability to use MS Office
Strong clientGC references
