Job Description

Commercial Plumber

Commercial and Industrial Plumber

No Residential – No spec work – Design-Build Only

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Carry out regular maintenance:
    • Inspect previously installed plumbing and have the ability to diagnose and repair.
  • Preform new plumbing installs.
  • Stay up-to-date with current safety regulations and requirements for the various plumbing codes.
  • Be able to follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections.
    • You will be required to be there when the inspector is there.
  • Keep accurate, legible and complete records/time cards
  • Communicate with clients, team members and fellow employees.

    • Have or be willing to get the proper certifications.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with the team, suppliers, vendors, and customers.
  • Push, lift, and pull up to 100 pounds, climb stairs, bend, squat, stand for extended periods of time.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time - 40-hour week: 10-hour days.
    • Monday – Thursday: 6:00am-4:30pm.

 Pay

  • $32.00 an hour.

Education

  • High school or equivalent.

License/Certification

  • Journeyman Plumber (Preferred).
  • Valid driver's License.

Experience

  • At least 2-5 years of experience (Preferred).
