Commercial Plumber
Commercial and Industrial Plumber
No Residential – No spec work – Design-Build Only
Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out regular maintenance:
- Inspect previously installed plumbing and have the ability to diagnose and repair.
- Preform new plumbing installs.
- Stay up-to-date with current safety regulations and requirements for the various plumbing codes.
- Be able to follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections.
- You will be required to be there when the inspector is there.
- Keep accurate, legible and complete records/time cards
- Communicate with clients, team members and fellow employees.

- Have or be willing to get the proper certifications.
- Work independently and collaboratively with the team, suppliers, vendors, and customers.
- Push, lift, and pull up to 100 pounds, climb stairs, bend, squat, stand for extended periods of time.

Work Schedule
- Full-time - 40-hour week: 10-hour days.
- Monday – Thursday: 6:00am-4:30pm.
Pay
Education
- High school or equivalent.
License/Certification
- Journeyman Plumber (Preferred).
- Valid driver's License.
Experience
- At least 2-5 years of experience (Preferred).
