Job Description

Superpath is seeking a Community Operations Manager to help run our operations smoothly. This part-time role is remote, requiring about two hours of work per day. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the inbox for customer support and important tasks.
  • Handling marketplace billing, including troubleshooting automation errors and ensuring timely payments to writers.
  • Providing customer support for Superpath Pro members and marketplace customers.
  • Maintaining the advertising inventory calendar and ensuring ads run correctly.
  • Identifying and documenting process improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Content marketing experience or knowledge is strongly preferred.
  • Must have experience with Slack, Zapier, and Airtable.
  • Familiarity with tools like Claude, Lex, Riverside, ClickUp, and Loom is helpful.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent written communication are essential.
  • Must be located within three hours of US Mountain Time for operational alignment.
