Salary: $100,000 - $180,000 per year

Due to growth, we are looking for Associate Litigation Attorneys and Senior Associate Litigation Attorneys to join our team.

Job Details - Proactively manage automotive product liability and general liability cases in state and federal courts
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and conduct related research
- Maintain frequent client communication and detailed case reporting
- Perform comprehensive legal analysis, case evaluations, and strategic recommendations
- Coordinate with expert witnesses and attend depositions, mediations, and hearings
- Prepare for and attend trials as needed
Looking For:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
- Minimum 1 year of automotive product liability experience
- Proven ability to independently manage a caseload from start to finish
- Experience conducting depositions, drafting motions, and handling client communications
- Strong legal writing, research, and organizational skills
- Desire to provide exceptional client service and contribute to firm growth
