Adhere to all Victory Housing policies and procedures, COMAR 10.07.14 regulations, as well as County, State, and Federal guidelines including DOH, CDC, CMS, and OSHA. Implement universal precautions and infectious disease control protocols at all times. Wear assigned PPE appropriately per policy and as requested. Complete all required training, including initial orientation, COMAR 10.07.14 requirements, monthly in-services, HIPAA, VHI personal care, and skills modules. Participate in safety and disaster drills as assigned. Answer and transfer all incoming calls courteously and professionally, take messages, provide information, directions, and perform other administrative duties as assigned. Handle incoming calls promptly (within three rings), courteously, and with proper etiquette. Communicate messages clearly and deliver materials promptly. Monitor entry and departure of guests, residents, and vendors to maintain a safe environment. Screen visitors per infection control protocols. Greet visitors, identify, and assist them, offering refreshments and brochures as appropriate. Serve as the information hub for visitors. Refer marketing inquiries to the Executive Director and complete inquiry sheets if needed. Mail brochures upon request and assist with mail and office functions. Maintain supplies, assist with activities, support disoriented residents, and keep the reception area tidy. Coordinate use of common areas, assist with appointment scheduling, and support job applicants. Ensure community directions are available at the desk and perform other duties as assigned.
