The area’s top General Contractor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage diverse commercial & light industrial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Coordinate and supervise work of subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams. Ensure projects adhere to safety regulations, codes, and standards. Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear project goals. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives. Manage contracts, procurement, and change orders. Prepare and submit regular project status reports to senior management and clients. Solve complex problems and make decisions on-site and in real time. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred). Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project management. Proven track record in managing large, complex construction projects. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).
