The Projects:
The company has completed complex builds across the U.S. and is now focused on a number of significant projects across the Miami area. Their portfolio includes commercial buildings, sports facilities, infrastructure works, and mixed-use developments — many of which have gained national attention. They are seeking a Superintendent to take on their current 8-story Luxury Condominium project.
The Role
Our client is seeking a Superintendent to join their field team for this Miami based project. This role will involve leading on-site operations, managing subcontractors, and ensuring successful delivery of said project. The company is open to speaking with both experienced Superintendents and strong Assistant Superintendents looking to take the next step.
