Design, develop, secure, and extend a Power Platform implementation
Analyze requirements and estimate effort for both the development of new features and customization of existing features
Handle stakeholder and team members
Perform peer code reviews and creating the base code frame for peer
Review test plans, coordinate test execution, and analyze test results to ensure functionality, completeness, and quality of solution with test manager
Communicate and work with clients regularly during the implementation cycle
Align with change management process and deploy code to Production, QA, etc.
Create and maintain functional requirements and technical specification documentation
Conduct training for clients as necessary as well as KT sessions with colleagues on best practices and/or new features
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related course
Minimum 5 years experience with Power Platform implementation
Proficient with 3 or more Power Platform applications (e.g. Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, etc.)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Technologies
Experience with 3 or more of the following programming/scripting languages: C#, .NET, JavaScript, Java, Python, C++, SQL, HTML5
Experience with 3 or more of the following applications/platforms: RESTful web services, SQL Server, Oracle Database, Dynamics 365, Sharepoint
Preferred to have any of the following technical certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
