Our client, a leading construction company in Kern County, is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join their team. This key role ensures the smooth handling of all contractual aspects, from negotiation through execution and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Review, draft, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and agreements.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to manage risk effectively.
Oversee the contract lifecycle, ensuring timely renewals and modifications.
Resolve contract-related disputes and provide strategic advice.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in contract management within the construction industry.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
