Copywriter  

Stephens Direct is looking for a talented and experienced creative copywriter who can handle everything from initial ideas to the final details on a project. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is detail-oriented, collaborative, creative, and well-versed in the digital space.

Responsibilities  

• Develop ideas based on the brief with solid rationale for how the work delivers against objectives
• Deliver work from excellent concept to flawless execution 
• Become a steward who ensures work is on brand
• Ability to craft excellent work, both traditional and digital
• Energetic contributor who shares ideas, trends, and updates (marketing, client, bs, etc.) 
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills 
• Has excellent attention to detail and an ability to ensure work is accurate 

Qualifications  

• MUST have a strong online portfolio that showcases memorable creative across range of media 
• Must have strong attention to detail and a collaborative mentality
• 3+ years agency experience preferred
• Demonstrated creative success on wide range of client work 
• Exceptional and energetic collaborator who loves a challenge and works well with others
• Must be flexible and adaptive to meet changing needs or direction
• An ability to work in a hybrid role when we return to the office is preferred
