Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Treasury Accountant to join our construction client. This role is critical in supporting the company’s treasury operations, ensuring accurate cash management, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting across multiple entities. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting expertise, construction industry experience, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily cash activities, including bank reconciliations, cash forecasting, and liquidity analysis
Support intercompany transactions and reconciliations across multiple entities
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes related to treasury functions
Maintain and monitor banking relationships, including account setups and compliance documentation
Prepare and analyze treasury-related reports for internal stakeholders
Collaborate with project teams and accounting staff to ensure accurate financial data flow
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures related to treasury operations
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance treasury efficiency and accuracy
2–3 years of accounting experience in a treasury or corporate finance role
Construction industry experience required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting highly preferred
Experience working in a larger company with multiple entities strongly preferred
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel; experience with ERP systems a plus
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
