Grecian Delight | Kronos Foods Corp is seeking a Corporate Executive Chef for our Research and Development Department in our Glendale Heights location. As our Corporate Executive Chef, you will be responsible for supporting the organization from a culinary angle by assisting with product development, developing product concepts for customers, assisting the field sales team, and preparing meals for special occasions.
What You Are Going To Be Doing…- Product Development
- Support Field Sales Team
- Support Marketing
- Prepare meals for special occasions.
- Attend and present at strategic trade shows, meetings, and seminars.
- Travel 30% with an average of 2-3 trips per month.
- Develop and conduct culinary training sessions.
- Develop and cultivate chef contracts and relationships within the industry.
- Responsible for reporting people’s safety, food safety or quality observations to their management team and/or area QA for immediate actions.
What You Need To Have…- Bachelor's degree in culinary science, culinary arts, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a culinary position with a food manufacturer.
- Thorough knowledge of Greek and Mediterranean Foods.
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, listening.

Target Compensation: $100k - $115k with a 10% bonus potential.
