Job description:
**** Note: This hybrid position requires employees to be on-site 3 days a week at either the Baltimore, Hackensack, New York City, or Wilmington office.
Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 5 years of corporate paralegal experience in governance, business planning, financial, or transactional law.
