CORPORATE TRAVEL AGENTS – Responsibilities & Qualifications Corporate Travel Agent Experience:3-5 years current/active experience (REQUIRED) Experienced on Sabre GDS system:3 years current/active experience (REQUIRED) Knowledge to make domestic and international travel arrangements Ticketing, including exchange ticketing, and exchanges with residual values International fare construction Keeping up to date on airline policies Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients & team members Provide travel expertise to clients Communicate effectively with other agents to solve problems and gather information Knowledge of Concur a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams) Domestic and international geography knowledge Good verbal and written communication and organizational skills Ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service, internally and externally A team-oriented and client-focused approach with strong attention to detail Job Type Full-time, Monday to Friday; or Part-time hours minimum 20 hours a week Pay: Full-time $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year based upon demonstrated experience Pay: Part-time : $21-$31 per hour based upon demonstrated experience The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a range based on the local market conditions, including your years of experience, technological proficiency, personal attitude, willingness and desire to grow and advance within the company.
