Job Description

Our client, a ridesharing company in San Francisco, is looking for a Creative Producer for a 3-month hybrid contract. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of high-impact campaigns across multiple channels, including live-action shoots, photography shoots, post-production, digital projects, and brand activations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to bring innovative ideas to life while maintaining creative integrity and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience producing multi-channel campaigns across print, experiential, digital, photo, video, and social, along with exceptional organizational and communication skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment where you can make a meaningful impact on brand storytelling.

This is a 3-month hybrid contract that requires 2-days/week onsite in San Francisco.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end production of creative campaigns, from concept development to final execution.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, strategists, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and creative vision.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and production schedules across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Source and manage external production partners, vendors, and freelance talent for shoots and activations.
  • Coordinate and oversee live-action and photography shoots, including pre-production, on-set management, and post-production.
  • Ensure quality control throughout all stages of production, from initial creative development through final asset delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and troubleshoot production challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging production techniques to continually elevate creative output.
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to internal teams and leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience producing multi-channel campaigns across print, experiential, digital, photo, video, and social.
  • Proven experience managing live-action and photography shoots, including pre-production, on-set, and post-production processes.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams and external partners.
  • Deep understanding of creative production processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Experience managing budgets and negotiating with vendors to maximize production value.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proficiency in production management tools and software.
  • Passion for storytelling and innovation within creative production.
