What You’ll Do:

• Manage and update provider applications in PECOS for both individual and group enrollments.
• Support Medicare credentialing projects, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and payer requirements.
• Maintain and track project tasks and provider data using Monday.com boards and workflows.
• Review, complete, and submit provider applications with accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure data integrity and consistency across documentation.
• Collaborate with credentialing leadership to meet tight deadlines and project goals.
• Flag and communicate any issues or discrepancies to management for quick resolution.
• Uphold confidentiality and compliance standards, including HIPAA.

Must-Have Skills:

• Prior experience in healthcare credentialing, enrollment, or provider data management.
• Working knowledge of PECOS (Medicare enrollment system).
• Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project/task management platforms.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Clear and professional communication skills—written and verbal.

• Experience with Cognos reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and stay focused in a deadline-driven environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
