Job Description

Tite: Crew Scheduler
Location: Kansas City, KS
Duration: 0-12+ Months
Shift: 1st Shift (M-F 8:00am to 6:00pm)
Pay Rate: $19.83/Hour on W2.


Responsibilities:
Create and manage shift schedules for hourly crews.
Keep track of scheduling records, including Leave of Absences, Vacation, and Bereavement.
Schedule training sessions, company functions, and community events.
Act as a liaison between Supervisors, staff, and other members of the Plant Staff to align scheduling with production demands.
Support employee development through training and leadership development initiatives.
Maintain accurate attendance records and labor reports.
Create individual and summary trend reports, including Monthly Hours Not Worked and Overtime Reports.
Ensure adherence to Food Safety practices, including sanitation, allergen control, and pest control.


Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience.
Scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment.
SAP and Kronos knowledge.
Experience working in a Union environment.
General knowledge of food industry and manufacturing practices.
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office LanceSoft
