Handle litigation, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and prepare legal records for court filings. Organize and produce discovery documents and manage case-related materials, including evidence and exhibits. Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and the court. Prepare and file court documents, ensuring timely compliance with deadlines. Conduct legal research and assist with trial preparation. Appear in court as required. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements: Current State Bar of California Member (required). Proven experience as an attorney, with knowledge of criminal law and legal procedures. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Familiarity with trial preparation, litigation issues, and the subpoena process. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Clio, Green Filing, Adobe Pro, Outlook, and other software applications. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
