The Mission
As a Customer Advocate, you will be the primary point of contact for 50-70 individuals each day, guiding them through their healthcare needs with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism. From navigating PCPs and medications to coordinating appointments and benefits, your role will help make healthcare easier and more accessible for those we serve.
Position Details
Position Type: Full-time, remote
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST
Training: Comprehensive 7-week orientation with full training and ongoing support
Environment: 100% work-from-home opportunity

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance operations or a related field
Proficiency in using multiple web-based platforms and tools
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Experience
Background in healthcare, insurance, social work, or behavioral health
Familiarity with medical terminology and health benefit plans
Proven success in a customer service environment, especially in complex, high-volume settings
