Bnr Video Games And Collectables in Greeley, CO is looking for one customer service to join our strong team. We are located on 2700 W. 10th St Unit A. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and make them feel at home
• Answer any questions the customers may have
• Assist Customers in preparing their orders
• Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
• Run tournaments when trained
• Clean the store inside outside and bathrooms
• Exceptional Customer service skills
• Pay attention at all times dont get involved with current task to not see what is going on in store.
• Pull online orders if necessary
• Look up prices from different sources and be accurate with information
• Count money and maintain drawer safety.
• Ability to be flexible and work when issues arrive

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees
• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
• Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
• Good communication skills with customers
• Must be flexible to work all days weekends are Mandatory and if you are unable to will not be considered for the position.
• Know about TCG and how they work big plus if you have played them before
• Must be able to learn from constructive comments or critiques.
• Self starter knows if something needs done and just does it. Does not wait to be told if there is something needing cleaned you would just do it.
• Video game knowledge is helpful but not required

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Tuesdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
