Customer Service Representative - Full-Time | Jefferson, WI


Pay: $17/hr (higher pay available based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Location: Jefferson, WI

As a key member of the customer service team, you'll play an important role in supporting clients, processing orders, and ensuring excellent communication between sales and production.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and process daily customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Contact customers to confirm job details and verify order information
• Input measurement details to create price quotes and service estimates
• Answer customer questions and provide professional, friendly support
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service and accurate order fulfillment

Qualifications:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience using ERP software preferred (but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting
• No experience required - full training provided!
