Position Summary: As a
Customer Service Representative Auto Glass Adjuster , youll play a key role in assisting customers with their auto glass claims. Youll guide them through the claims process, verify insurance coverage, and coordinate repairs or replacements. This role combines customer service with claims management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and providing outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers regarding auto glass claims.
Verify insurance coverage and policy details to process claims accurately.
Coordinate with insurance providers to secure claim approvals.
Schedule auto glass repair or replacement services that suit the customers availability.
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, providing updates on claim status and next steps.
Document all customer interactions and claims details in the companys CRM system.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and maintain efficiency.
What Were Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or insurance is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, claims processing, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of claims in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM software or claims management tools is a plus.
Knowledge of auto glass repair/replacement processes or insurance claims is helpful but not required.
A positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
