Are you ready to utilize your skills and abilities as a Customer Service Representative? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented customer service professional with automotive industry knowledge. This is a direct hire to our client in Troy Michigan. You will be responsible for managing customer orders, entering them into the SAP management system, coordinating with the Production department to define production timelines, and managing the receipt and shipment of materials. Additional responsibilities include handling invoicing and potentially being involved in purchasing activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries and complaints
Following up with customers regarding order status
Coordinating and monitoring the shipping of materials to customers
Collaborating with other departments for planning production and resolving issues
Maintaining customer records and databases
The Ideal Candidate:
High School Diploma
Has at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar position
Has experience in the Automotive sector
Possesses strong communication skills for interacting with clients
Demonstrates a strong problem-solving attitude
Has good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Salary and Benefits:
Wage from $37,000 up to $43,000 based on experience
