Job Description

Are you passionate about helping others? If so, we'd love to have you join our team! As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals who have been injured on the job. In this role, you'll listen attentively, gather necessary information, and input it into our system so that the injured worker can receive the medical care they need. This is a fully remote position, offering the chance for growth and development within the organization.

This position is temp-to-hire, open to candidates residing near Phoenix, AZ. You will work afternoon hours, including one weekend day, with a starting pay of $17 per hour. Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are encouraged to apply, as additional pay incentives are available.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service through inbound and outbound phone calls and email communication.
Respond to client, patient, and provider inquiries via phone, email, fax, or written correspondence while adhering to contractual and state guidelines.
Process incoming emails and other correspondence on a daily basis.
Maintain consistent attendance and reliability.
Perform other duties as needed.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, etc.) and comfortable with technology.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
A consistent work history and strong work ethic.
