Kelly Services is in need of a Customer Service Specialist/Admin Assistant in the Malvern, PA area!

Position Purpose:
To perform as an assistant to both the dock Supervisors and the dock clerical staff. Responsibilities include writing orders, making bills of lading, checking in trucks, answering phones, communicating with customers, data entry, and record-keeping. This individual must lead, coordinate, and prioritize dock operations tasks directed by the Supervisor. Import/export experience is preferred.



Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support for the Operations Manager.
  • Respond to customer phone calls and emails.
  • Schedule inbound and outbound trucks.
  • Maintain bill of lading and other shipping and receiving records.
  • Coordinate and communicate with dock employees regarding product.
  • Accurately track product inventory.
  • Assist with record maintenance and filing.
  • Verify inventory is scanned in accurately for both inbound and outbound processes.


Minimum Role Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or phone order entry role is preferred.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Word and Excel.
  • Experience with Access is preferred.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems is preferred.
  • Must prioritize and perform responsibilities accurately and to deadlines.
  • Ability to work calmly and professionally under pressure.
