Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Customer Success Manager (French Required)

This is a hybrid (40% remote and 60% onsite) role in San Francisco, CA.

The Customer Success Team helps North American customers streamline their business processes with Odoo's integrated software solutions. This role combines sales and software, offering insights into the value of software across various industries and how Odoo's diverse suite of over 50 apps can address different business needs.

We expect candidates to be proactive with a get it done attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact current Odoo users
  • Analyze clients' business operations and promote adoption
  • Manage all phases of subscription renewal
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Understand customer needs
  • Participate in the entire sales cycle

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in French (professional or native/bilingual)
  • Experience negotiating and closing sales
  • Passion for software products
  • 1-2 years in sales
  • Proficiency in G-Suite preferred
  • Proven record of exceeding quotas

Estimated annual compensation is $70,000-$90,000 OTE (on-target earnings), with a base salary of $50,000-$70,000. Actual salaries vary based on several factors.
