Apex Systems is a global IT services provider with openings in our staffing practice for a client, an ecommerce grocery platform, in the Customer Success Managers space. We seek candidates with 3-5 years of experience as a CSM, preferably in healthcare, food, or grocery industries. Experience writing documentation and working on a new product in a new role is also desired.

Job description

We are seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to support and expand relationships with key health partners leveraging our client’s platforms. This role involves driving enterprise success through proactive training, strategic advice, and internal representation of partner interests.

About the Team

You will collaborate across multiple groups such as the Health Team, Product, Engineering, and Technical Support, supporting initiatives like increasing nutrition security, inspiring healthier choices, and scaling food as medicine programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and manage relationships with healthcare partners.
  • Understand client operations and healthcare landscape.
  • Develop strategies with sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as health solutions subject matter expert and educate stakeholders.
  • Create and deliver customer presentations and partner materials.
  • Improve CSM processes and practices continuously.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Strategic planning with sales teams to align offerings with partner goals.
  • Promote the value of programs to maximize success.
  • Monitor KPIs and product adoption metrics.
  • Maintain product knowledge and provide platform feedback internally.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, or relevant fields, healthcare experience preferred.
  • Managed a book of enterprise customers.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in grocery, e-commerce, operations, or healthcare sectors.
  • Experience developing customer success practices from scratch.
  • Experience co-managing accounts with sales teams.
