RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Your Impact

As a Marketing Operations Vice President you will be critical to the Marcus Business and its success. You will oversee multi-channel campaigns and closely manage new channel expansion, campaign growth, and team operations. You will have a direct impact on revenue for the business. You will do so while ensuring a positive customer experience and meeting regulatory compliance standards.

Job Summary and Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for reviewing and overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • To do this, you will work closely with business owners to understand campaign requirements and the design of execution strategies
  • You will ensure we have the necessary capabilities to execute strategic campaign requests and enhance the environment where needed
  • You will assist business stakeholders with email, postal mail, and web page production
  • You will project manage and prioritize timelines for various campaign projects
  • You will contribute to the future of the platform by improving processes, automating campaigns, and introducing efficiencies where possible
  • You will help identify and roll out new technologies and data sources that bring efficiency and innovation to marketing processes
  • You will assist in managing vendor relationships, including budget tracking and oversight
  • You will assist in problem solving and navigate escalations across multiple products
  • The position will require you to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams including Analytics, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Product, Brand, Technology and also partner, vendor and agencies

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years of people/career management experience
  • 7+ years of experience managing campaign execution for email, site, and direct mail programs
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, operations, and/or services, preferably within the consumer financial services sector
  • In-depth knowledge and proficiency with at least one Campaign Management tool such as Adobe Campaign Classic or Unica Campaign (IBM)
  • Proficiency with HTML, SQL, SAS and/or Business Intelligence tools
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage various efforts across multiple internal and external partners concurrently
  • Self-motivated individual seeking a fast-paced and rapidly evolving organization
  • Superior communicator and strong team player with an ability to work independently
  • Efficiency, organization skills, and deep attention to detail
  • Proficient at owning large projects and driving team tasks through strict timelines.
  • Strong knowledge of data systems / campaign flows across various MarTech stacks
  • A passion for marketing campaign execution and how it supports both strategy and analytics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing or a related field
  • Six Sigma or similar process engineering certifications
  • Strong analytic mindset, intense curiosity and problem solving aptitude
  • Ability to understand data management, data schemas, and execution processes from end-to-end
  • Experience with major product management applications (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Strong project management, process development, and planning skills
  • True collaborator, relationship-builder, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Experience with consumer ecosystems and working across diverse geographical locations and time zones
  • Experience managing vendors and large cross-product budgets
