Job Description

Jackson James have partnered with an established end user, with over 250 locations across the United States. They have implemented D365 F&O and are now looking to bring on a D365 resource to help optimize their finance processes. This position involves wearing multiple hats, splitting time between working as a Business Analyst/System Admin/Solution Architect.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business teams to tailor D365 F&O configurations to align with the organization's financial and operational objectives.
• Modify and personalize reports, forms, workflows, and other system elements based on business requirements.
• Design, support, and resolve issues with custom integrations between D365 F&O and other business systems, ensuring smooth and efficient data exchange.
• Manage user access, roles, and security settings to ensure that users have appropriate access based on their job functions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years previous experience as a System Administrator/Business Analyst supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O).
• Strong understanding in the finance modules of D365 F&O, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank Management, and Fixed Assets.
• Experience with system configuration.
• Ability to work independently and have a proactive approach.
• Finance/Accounting background.
