Job Description

SOMACIS, Inc. – Global Printed Circuit Board Manufacturer for 50+ Years

With manufacturing plants in Italy, the UK, China, and the USA, SOMACIS is a global leader in high-tech printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing. We are currently looking to grow our team by hiring Customer Service and Data Entry Representatives who are passionate about delivering top-tier service to our partners and clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within software systems
  • Communicate and coordinate across departments to prepare technical data packages
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales teams on contract reviews and technical data
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional support and timely responses
  • Create and maintain bookings, shipments, and commission reports
  • Manage customer claims and support RMA processes post-sale
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical records
  • Monitor and process order confirmations for customers
  • Perform order and data entry in ERP systems
  • Provide daily support to Sales Managers and Account Managers
  • Send shipping documentation and tracking information to relevant stakeholders
  • Verify stock and allocations in ERP systems
  • Assist the Quotation Team in managing RFQs and data packages
  • Prepare and verify reports related to operations and customer service

Knowledge & Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and data entry
  • Strong team collaboration skills
  • Ability to resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Typing speed of 50+ WPM
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP & Paradigm is a plus)
