Position: Data Entry Specialist
Location: Chatham, NJ (100% onsite) Hourly Rate: $20-$22/hour
Hours: Considering Full-Time and Part-Time candidates within the available working hours of 7 AM – 5 PM.
Industry: Custom Sports Apparel
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our client’s team. This role is responsible for accurately inputting manual and bulk orders into the system, ensuring all part numbers, colors, codes, and designs are correctly recorded. What the Data Entry Specialist does:
· Enter manual and bulk orders into our back-end system (Shopworks).
· Ensure accuracy when inputting part numbers, colors, design codes, and customization details.
· Work closely with the customer service and production teams to ensure seamless order processing.
· Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the system.
· Assist in organizing and verifying order details before production.
What experience we are looking for:
· Previous data entry experience preferred.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of data with accuracy.
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Familiarity with Shopify and Shopworks (or similar order processing systems) is a plus.
· Basic knowledge of sports uniforms and apparel is helpful but not required.
· Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
