Job Details:
Senior Data Validation Quality Analyst to lead quality assurance efforts during a large-scale data migration from on-premises SQL Server to Snowflake.
This pivotal role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of migrated datasets by designing and executing robust validation strategies.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SQL, data validation, and cloud data platforms, along with a strong foundation in data governance and testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement end-to-end data validation strategies for SQL Server to Snowflake migrationDesign test cases, validation scripts, and automation frameworks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with data engineers, migration teams, and business stakeholders to define validation criteria and acceptance thresholds.
Conduct source-to-target data comparisons using SQL and Snowflake queriesIdentify, document, and escalate data anomalies, gaps, and transformation issues.
Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance standards.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of validation processes, test results, and issue resolutions.
Support post-migration audits and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives
